Information Visitors Provide
Search Terms
When a name, location, or other query is entered into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Lorain County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If a visitor emails or sends a contact message, the submitted details may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer the message. Those messages are not shared outside the organization except when a valid legal requirement applies.
Automatic Technical Data

Official public-record requests made to Ohio agencies are handled by those agencies under their own policies and Ohio Revised Code 149.43.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and serve targeted ads. That activity is handled by the partner, not by Lorain County Inmate Population.
